Cody has had a passion for culinary from a young age. In his early 20s after a lunch at a local BBQ spot he was on a mission to find the secrets to making the best BBQ. After a trip to Texas and the Carolina’s he came back with plenty of recipes and ideas. He’s now bringing these smoked treats to you after plenty of trials with family and friends and sharing them with the North!
